Recently, we received a new shower head, aerators, and toilet, which was truly impressive. The Grove maintenance team, including Briana and Chesterfield, has always been exceptional, and whenever I have an issue, Chesterfield is there to help, leaving us very happy with the results. Today July 25th,2025 The Grove had a cookout for the residents. I am disabled and can't walk to the office area so one of the kind, thoughtful maintenance men brought me a meal. It was delicious. I wasn't expecting it but I was thankful. It just goes to show that management and maintenance really care for their residents. I've lived here for 17+ years and have NEVER had a negative comment about The Grove apartments complex THANKS TO ALL WHO WERE INSTRUMENTAL INTO MAKING MY DAY A LITTLE BRIGHTER. I'd give 5 stars but they are deserve 6 stars.******

Chesterfield provided extensive information about the community, which truly enhanced my visit. I highly recommend this community to anyone searching for their forever home; you will be well taken care of here.

I recently toured The Grove Apartments in Colorado Springs, and I have to say, I was beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The manager, Chesterfield, truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He was personable, welcoming, and made me feel right at home before I even stepped foot in an apartment. The tour itself was fantastic—everything was well-organized, and Chesterfield took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in ensuring a great living experience.

There was a leasing agent named Chesterfield who made my apartment search an incredible experience! He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to my needs, helping me find the perfect home. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire leasing process smooth and hassle-free. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Been living here for 7+years and am 110% satisfied with the manager, his assistance, maintenance and how well kept up the grounds are. MAINTENANCE is tops, and getting things done with Chesterfield, the manager, is a blessing.
