Just moved out. I was impressed by the great service of the office staff!
Pros: Very pet friendly, community dog park, excellent maintainace (usually fixed the same day you notify them!), plenty of parking, friendly neighbors, nice balconies, located near a grocery store, I didnt have to fight to get my deposit back, they just gave it back!
Cons: A bit expensive for the area, car was broken into in parking lot, dumpsters fill up too fast, the stairs are VERY narrow making moving in or out difficult, small parking space- I had trouble parking my SUV sometimes
