Just moved out. I was impressed by the great service of the office staff! Pros: Very pet friendly, community dog park, excellent maintainace (usually fixed the same day you notify them!), plenty of parking, friendly neighbors, nice balconies, located near a grocery store, I didnt have to fight to get my deposit back, they just gave it back! Cons: A bit expensive for the area, car was broken into in parking lot, dumpsters fill up too fast, the stairs are VERY narrow making moving in or out difficult, small parking space- I had trouble parking my SUV sometimes

Nice complex

I love it the the remodel floor plans is perfect with the fireplace. It's very quiet here as well. The only thing that I am afraid of is that during the evening we wouldn't know who is breaking into a car and that I'm afraid my new car would be broken into for any reason which I don't leave ml anything nine there not even my car charger. I think we need to have at least a security guard that can look out for suspicious activity. Other wise I love my living conditions here at The Grove. A definite yes for recommending my friends to reside here.
