Briana is sooo sweet and very knowledgeable. I requested a tour on short notice since I was only in town for a day. Told her me and my kids were planning on moving to the Springs in a couple of months so I was shopping around, but I think I’ve found our spot. Her service was absolutely amazing. She deserves a raise!

I’ve had the opportunity to work on many of the larger projects at The Grove Apartment Complex in Colorado Springs over the past three years alongside property manager Chesterfield Hargrove, and it’s consistently been a great experience. Chesterfield is extremely organized and proactive. He stays on top of every project, communicates clearly, and makes sure issues are handled the right way — not just patched, but fully resolved. Tim, the maintenance supervisor, is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’ve even reached out to him for advice on jobs outside the property and he’s always willing to help. Nick on the maintenance team is just as dependable — professional and great to coordinate with on site. Brianna in leasing is always welcoming and brings a positive atmosphere to the property. Overall, the team at The Grove is responsive, professional, and genuinely good people. It’s been a pleasure working with them over the years.
