Since I’ve been living here I have nothing but praise to the professional of the leasing office specifically Briana. She is the best, anything I need help with she always is there to help me. I love living here, and I can’t forget Chesterfield he’s very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable, I recommend The Grove to anyone that’s looking for a new place to call home!

The Grove apartments has been the best apartment complex I have visited! Briana with her welcoming attitude made me want to lease right away, she was very helpful with every question that I had & made the process so easy for me! I’m super excited for this new start! Thank you Briana for making this as easy as possible for me as this is my first apartment!

I've lived in the Grove apartments for a few months now and I love the management stuff. They are attentive and are quick to solve any issues that come up. Went I first walked in the office I was pleasantly greeted Briana. She was easy to talk to and knew all the answers to my questions. She understood my disability and patiently worked with me through the application process. The management team here really are the best I've had since I moved to Colorado Springs 6 years ago. I am grateful for their drive to making our living experience pleasant.

Briana garcia leasing consultant does an incredible job communicates incredibly well. Great attitude positive demeanor. Very communicative, complete assistance completed. Always have helped me stay where I want to be. Most of all keeps the place The Grove up and successful.

I recently had a tour with Briana and she was very positive and informative about the complex!! She had answers to every question I asked and it’s very telling she enjoys helping out future residents! She was straight forward in how the moving process would be which made it easy for me to decide! Thank you Briana for all your help!!
