I recently had a tour with Briana and she was very positive and informative about the complex!! She had answers to every question I asked and it’s very telling she enjoys helping out future residents! She was straight forward in how the moving process would be which made it easy for me to decide! Thank you Briana for all your help!!

I work with Chesterfield Hargrove to place some tenants. He is amazing. He communicates well and is very helpful An extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.

I have been residing here for two years, and I must express that the Community Manager, Chesterfield, along with the leasing consultant and maintenance team, are exceptional. They consistently address our needs promptly, and if there happens to be a delay, their communication is excellent.

Chesterfield Hargrove was fantastic to work with. He communicates well and listened to my needs. He is always friendly attentive and helpful. Truly a warm and good hearted. He made the move in process smooth and I'm grateful.

I toured the apartment complex with Briana this past weekend. She was so friendly, engaging and full of information! I can tell that she really likes her job and the community itself. I have to step aside for a bit from apartment hunting but I definitely recommend at least touring The Grove! Thanks Briana and the rest of the Grove team!

Just had a tour of a one bedroom with Brianna she was amazing. She has a great attitude and when she explained the moving process to me it went smooth and it was straight forward. I look forward to moving in to The grove apartments soon thank you Brianna!

I am writing this review regarding the excellent customer service I experienced in working with patient, kind and efficient Brianna at the Grove. Trying to complete the electronic application and sign up for an apartment was so much easier with Brianna. She was very kind and took extra time getting information needed to complete the app process👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🌻🌻🌻
